In addition to the need to install protective covers, attention should also be paid when wiring to ensure that large-span cable trays can achieve maximum effectiveness.

① If the installation site is in a corrosive or very humid environment, corresponding protective measures must be taken according to the different corrosive media during wiring.

② If several groups of cable trays are installed flat at the same height at the same time, the maintenance and inspection distance between each group of cable trays needs to be considered.

③ When laying cables without distance on large-span cable trays, the cross-sectional filling rate of power cables in the tray should be below 40%, while control cables should be less than half of the cross-sectional area of the tray.

④ When installing large-span cable trays, they cannot be installed above corrosive gas pipelines and thermal pipelines, and cable trays cannot be directly installed below corrosive liquid pipelines. If this is necessary, protective and insulation measures should be taken.
